Created for care providers
across the UK.
Six years of scoring data
across 14 care sectors.
We spent years scoring care sector tenders for councils and NHS trusts. Now we write the responses that win them.
TenderLab was founded by professionals who spent years on the other side of the table — evaluating, scoring and moderating care sector tenders for councils and NHS trusts. We saw the same problems repeatedly: outstanding care providers losing contracts because their written responses did not reflect the quality of their service delivery.
We started TenderLab to close that gap. Every tender we write is built on direct evaluator experience, six years of sector-specific scoring data, and a structured methodology that maps every answer to published rubric criteria.
Health and social care is all we do. We do not write tenders for construction, IT or facilities management. Every piece of scoring data, legislation knowledge and evaluator insight we have comes from this one sector.
We never guess what will score well. Every answer is mapped to the published evaluation criteria and scoring matrix. Named staff, dated examples, measurable outcomes — evidence that evaluators can score line by line.
We tell you where you stand before you submit. If a tender is not winnable, we say so. Our job is to maximise your score, not to take your money on a submission that has no realistic chance of success.
We do not invent evidence or exaggerate capabilities. What we do is take your real frontline practice — the processes, people and outcomes that make your service excellent — and present it in the structured, rubric-aligned format that council evaluators need to award high marks.
The result is a tender response that sounds like your organisation and scores like it was written by someone who understands exactly what the evaluation panel is looking for. Because it was.
